Walters Civil & Construction (WCAC) is based in Queensland but operates Australia-wide through to Central Queensland.
Our capabilities include (among others):
• Project supervision • Civil Drainage • Labour hire • Formwork • Concrete works • Specialist finishes • Structural landscaping • Earthworks • Demolition
Through WCAC Labour Hire, we also provide a labour recruitment platform to help bring employers and workers together to avoid costly delays and possible reworks. We help employers find the skills they need, when they need them, and help workers avoid the day-to-day hustle.
Some of our past clients include Nexus Delivery, Powerlink, CPB, Brisbane City Council, Ipswich City Council, Bunnings and QLD Police Service. We are incredibly proud of our unblemished safety record and will always strive to deliver our projects on time, on budget and, most importantly, safely. We believe our most valuable asset is our people, from our customers to our employees, and we work hard to ensure that the job site is safe, and our customers receive the absolute best outcomes.
Michael is a highly qualified and results driven construction management professional with almost three decades of experience in the concreting industry. Michael is also an entrepreneur at heart, striking out as a sole operator in the early years to support his young family. Walters Civil & Construction is the ultimate result of that entrepreneurial spirit.
Michael leads the WCAC team and is hands on from design to completion with every single project to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients. WCAC has a perfect safety record, and Michael has built a reputation for being a trustworthy and reliable operator.
Michael has expertise in:
Delivery and execution of multi-million dollar projects
All levels of commercial structural concrete works
Civil construction project
As an employer in the construction industry, Michael also understands the frustration and cost that poor recruitment choices can have on the bottom line. From affecting quality, to project delays, to reworks, workers can make or break a job site. Michael started a recruitment platform, the WCAC Labour Hire arm, to help bring employers together with workers and to help solve the problem of the empty job site.
